Crosswicks Foundation is a family foundation created more than 20
years ago by Madeleine and Hugh Franklin. Giving has focused on arts
and community-based organizations in New York City and Northwestern
Connecticut. The foundation is collecting donations in the memory of
Madeleine L'Engle Franklin and plans to make a special grant that will
reflect her commitment to open dialogue and fearless creativity.
